He also coordinated the West African Sanitation Policy & Activators project (WASPA), which aimed to build and maintain policy leadership for safe sanitation management based on African Sanitation Policy Guidelines (ASPG) in 5 francophone West African countries (Benin, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Senegal) through advocacy supported by research evidence.
